Brief: Corem builds and leases 30,000 sqm in Västerås

Dec 18 (Reuters) - Corem Property Group  CORE.ST : 
    * To build and lease 30,000 square meters (sqm) in Västerås 
    * Signs lease agreement with Svenska Retursystem AB 
    * Lease agreement runs for 15 years and has an annual rental value of about 16.2 million 
Swedish crowns ($1.9 million) 
    * Will acquire about 66 000 sqm of land from the City of Västerås and construct Svenska 
Retursystem's new facility
